Retirees

At the BOE meeting in March the bOARD wAIVED tHE pOLICY requirement that teachers who submit their retirement letter need a doctor’s note for absences.

Therefore, if you are considering retirement, it is ok
to submit your letter of resignation without being concerned about using sick days. The next BOE
meeting is not until May 4.



Congratulations!

To Kristen Hayden a sixth grade teacher at C. L. Reutter School, for being selected as the Township of Franklin Teacher of the Year for 2010-2011.  It is quite an honor to be selected to receive this award, since it is only given to one teacher from the district each year.  Mrs. Hayden is now eligible to be considered as the Gloucester County Teacher of the Year.
